Der Spiegel is reporting that Obama may give a speech in front of the Brandenburg Gate - the "liberal Reagan"!  His campaign has met with Mayor Wowereit and Secret Service is preparing.  The Berlin Senate may give permission.  Brandenburg Gate is where Reagan asked Gorbachev to "tear down" the Berlin Wall.
